Paramjyoti Chattopadhyay works as Senior Manager with IL&FS Cluster Development Initiative Ltd (IL&FS Clusters) in Government/Policy Advisory, Scheme and Programme Implementation in development, agribusiness, and rural cluster development projects. He has about nine years of experience and has worked on projects in India and several African countries. He has worked with clients ranging from government and donor agencies to private sector companies.
Paramjyoti leads a team which assists the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, GoI as PMA in implementation, and M&E of Cold Chain Scheme having about 110 projects across India. He is also the Project Manager for USAID funded ‘India-Africa Agriculture Innovation Bridge: India-Kenya Dairy Innovation Bridge Program’ which envisages to replicate successful Indian innovations in the dairy sector in Kenya through the Public-Private-Community Partnerships.
Education & Achievements:
- Paramjyoti completed his BSc at the University of Calcutta and MSc Ecology and Environment from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences.
- In addition, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal.
- He attended the Executive Education Programme at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
